Stephen’s high standards and professional approach to the construction industry are echoed in Eton-West’s business. As President, he is motivated by both the creative and technical workings of Eton-West, managing the company’s operations. Stephen treats every team member with the utmost respect. With a joy for skiing, golfing, biking and cooking, Stephen’s most cherished moments are spent with his wife, family and friends at their B.C. vacation home.

Garett Kozijn, Project Manager/Estimator
Garett has a keen eye for detail and quality work while keeping the bottom line in place. He oversees all aspects of a project, from budgeting and bidding to completion. Garett is admired for his ability to command respect from sub-trades and co-workers and remain well-liked, a key to having jobs completed on time and within budget. Garett is determined, hard-working and driven to continually improve himself, his projects, and the company. His greatest joy is spending time with his family camping, fishing, skiing and playing sports.

Mark Wiltzen, Project Manager/Estimator
Being personable is an essential quality to create long-lasting, authentic relationships. Mark’s main roles at Eton-West include sub-trade selection and chairing project meetings, collaborating with clients on project planning, and liaising with company owners. Outside of work, he is dedicated to an active family, coaching hockey and attending his daughter’s figure skating events and camping/hiking in the mountains.

Kathleen Brennan, Accounting Manager
Dependable, loyal and hard-working, Kathleen has been with Eton-West for 20 years. Her attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines is reflected in the quality of Eton-West’s projects and services. Kathleen oversees office administration and accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, payroll, government reporting and employee benefits. A huge fan of Celtic Thunder, Kathleen enjoys traveling, dancing, and spending time with her family at sports events and school activities.
